Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Ultrium ("we", "us") is a pre-launch product. Right now, this Privacy Policy covers the waitlist: the email address you give us when you join, and nothing else, since the product itself isn't live yet.

What we collect today

Just your email address, and the language you selected when you signed up. We use the email to let you know when Ultrium opens, in the order you joined. We don't ask for names, phone numbers, or any health information at the waitlist stage.

What changes when Ultrium opens

Once the product launches, this policy will be replaced with a full version covering health data specifically — lab reports, wearable data, and anything else you choose to connect. That version will be built around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act): consent asked for in plain language, per purpose, and withdrawable at any time, with nothing kept by default that you didn't agree to.

We don't sell your data

Not the waitlist email, not anything that comes later. Your data is stored on Indian servers, and Ultrium's reasoning runs on infrastructure we control rather than being handed to third-party AI providers to be useful.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time — just write to us using the contact details below, and we'll confirm once it's done.
